The staff displayed genuine kindness. I found it great to have black out curtains with shutters. It allowed for restful sleep after long days. A comfortable bed also contributed to this.

I found the staff very helpful, especially when i needed directions. They provided clear instructions. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. the complimentary breakfast offered a decent variety of options. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries.
the shower was a little small, making it slightly difficult to move around comfortably.

the location was acceptable, close to the metro.
It was quite annoying. also, the water in the shower wasn't hot enough. It was barely lukewarm. this was not the relaxing shower i needed after a long day.

the room was small. it was difficult to open my suitcase to unpack my belongings (there was limited space). the outdated reception area looked messy. i was also charged 15 euros for breakfast (i thought it was excessive for the setting).
